Holland America marked the occasion of the MS Noordam visiting Sydney by welcoming 24 of TravelManagers’ personal travel managers for an inspection and lunch. The ship is one of Holland America Line’s Vista Class ships, and generally spends the northern summer plying the waters of the Pacific Northwest, before making its way to Australia to spend the southern hemisphere’s summer exploring New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and Australia.
Personal travel manager Janice Lee, representative for Surry Hills, found the experience invaluable.
“Having the opportunity to personally experience the ship facilities, walk around and see the entertainment and activities aboard and even enjoy a meal makes it so much easier to describe in detail the cruise experience my clients can expect. It also makes it easier to gauge whether this particular ship is the right match for them.”
Cruise specialist and representative for Willoughby, Julianne Gazal-Rizk, was impressed with the onboard lunch.
